Agreement

By creating an account on Nitid you agree to these Terms. The service is provided by NextStride LLC. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

The service

Nitid is a software-as-a-service platform that helps cleaning companies manage their schedule, team, clients and invoicing. Features may evolve over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are monthly, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice for active subscribers. Taxes are added where applicable.

Free trial

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. Once the trial ends you must add a payment method to keep using the service.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. If you delete your account we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime level on standard plans. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability towards you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside.
